Ann and Chris’ Long Island Engagement photos are some of our favorites to date! With a beautiful blanket of freshly fallen snow as our backdrop we so very excited for the day.
We had previously met Chris and Ann at their close friends Catherine and Kenneth’s wedding where Ann served as one of Catherine’s beautiful bridesmaids. We enjoyed spending the day with her and Chris so we were very excited when they asked us to photo their wedding.
We were even more excited when they said they wanted engagement photos, too, and they wanted do them at a Christmas tree farm. We knew it would be a beautiful setting, surrounded by towering evergreen trees. No one expected to be given the gift of a snowfall the night before that made it look like a winter wonderland!
We met them out on Long Island at a Christmas tree farm and had the best time taking photos all around the trees. Ann and Chris have such a natural chemistry, we knew within seconds of taking the photos that these were going to be magical.
Dressed in denim and plaid, this adorable couple really stood out from the stark white snow that surrounded us.
After playing in the snow at the Christmas tree farm their Long Island engagement session went from cozy flannel to stylish and elegant.
We stopped in at The Shops at Milleridge Village, which was beautifully decorated for Christmas, to capture some more magic from this beautiful couple.
How cute are these two?! They are some of the nicest people we know and we had such a great time spending the day with them!
We walked over to The Milleridge Inn as the sun set to take advantage of the twinkling white lights that were hung all around. It was the perfect setting to end their Long Island engagement session. As we said goodnight we were all still marveling at how absolutely lucky it was that it snowed! We had such an amazing time with these two and look forward to capturing all of the love and joy that is sure to surround these two on their wedding day!
